Jemimah Rodrigues, excited for Coldplay’s upcoming concert in Mumbai, expressed her disappointment at not securing tickets, humorously noting she was among 97,000 fans in line, prompting lighthearted responses from teammates and Suryakumar Yadav on social media.
New Delhi: Coldplay’s highly anticipated return to India for their Music of the Spheres World Tour has seen an overwhelming response, so was India women’s cricket team star batter Jemimah was also excited. But soon her excitement turned into rejection as she did not get the tickets of the concerts. Coldplay will perform at DY Patil Stadium in Mumbai.
Coldplay is all set to perform in India in January 2025 as the band will bring their Music Of The Spheres World Tour to Mumbai.
Jemimah posted a picture on her Instagram account where she is watching at the DY Patil stadium from the VIP box, though it has not been confirmed but it looks like the picture was taken from there. She expressed her disappointment of not getting the tickets of concert.
‘Jiss din DY Patil mein enter karne ke liye ticket chaiye tha, usi din nahi mila yaar,’ She captioned.
there were ninety seven thousand people waiting for getting tickets ahead of Jemimah. On which her teammate in Indian team Harleen Deol responded humorously. ‘Hahahaha I’m feeling better now seeing your number . Mine was 33k,’ commented Harleen.
Mona Meshram also posted a funny comment on Jemimah’s post, ‘Jemu you should play with him,’.
India men’s team star batter Suryakumar Yadav also posted a laughing emoji on Jemimah’s post.
